The Technology Director position requires 10-15 years of significant experience in product/application development/management in high technology companies. This experience should include

• 2-5 years in system-level development/management
• 2-5 years in business application development/management with significant database and datamining work
• 2-5 years e-commerce/e-business related development/management experience

Broad-based experience, knowledge and interest in most of the underlying technology for e-business/Internet commerce is highly desirable. Communication networks and infrastructure knowledge/experience would be an added plus.

Sales/Marketing

Director, Marketing

The Director, Marketing position requires a 5-15 year track record of success in sales and marketing in the high technology sector, preferably with 2-5 years of online marketing experience with an e-commerce/e-business or internet/infrastructure company. Also, at least 2-5 years sales and marketing experience in the telecom/networking and products/service areas is highly desirable.

Director, Sales/Partnering

The Director, Sales/Partnering position requires a 5-15 year demonstrable track record of strong sales experience in the high technology and/or telecommunications area, with at least 2-5 years in major account/strategic sales and 2-5 years in partnering/channel sales and/or alliances. Also, at least 1-3 years of experience in an Internet-related or telecom-related company would be highly desirable.

Director, Finance

The Director, Finance position requires 3-10 years of experience in strategic financial management, investment banking, corporate finance, debt/equity financing, fund raising, investor relations and corporate IPO/road show. Also, 2-5 years of experience in day-to-day financial operation and/or controllership/financial analysis and management would be an added plus.
