This letter is to inform you that American Hytech Corporation has successfully completed the multi-year nation wide computer networking and telecommunications project for the U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration.

Throughout the duration of this contract, over the past two years, we found American Hytech Corporation to be highly technical, very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and quality conscious.

AEC managed the rigors of scheduling and managing the equipment, services and technical staff at our various locations all throughout the country and in a timely manner. AHC management worked diligently in a coordinated manner, both with various district/regions, as well as the headquarters's staff of the Department of Labor. AHC has demonstrated superior project scheduling, tracking and project management skills at dozens of locations throughout the country.

AHC managed this firm fixed price contract under budget although the project schedules needed to be extended due to lease renewals, occupancy and site relocation issues at various sites within our agency. AHC responded to several of these changes in schedules promptly and admirably.

Both our technical and administrative staff wanted to take this opportunity to thank American Hytech Corporation for a job well dine! The time you put into the evaluation of written and oral proposals, the offeror demonstrations, and the final briefing to the source selection authority was clearly evident.

Dear Ron,

I would like to thank you for the assistance that you have been providing our plant in the networking of our Engineering Dept. P.C. stations. Bud Russel who came into the plant over a weekend to oversee the installation was especially helpful in getting the network up and running saving us countless hours of fumbling through documentation. Although we encountered a few problems we were able to set up four PC stations, the server, a plotter, a laser printer and a tape drive into a network in two days without interrupting the office schedule. In the near future we intend to install the remaining four stations onto the network and I foresee many possibilities to interfacing throughout the plant. I hope that you can continue to provide the same service that has enabled us to become more productive in our own tasks.

Dear Ron,

I would like to thank you and your installation team for the invaluable assistance provided our Engineering Dept. on the new workstations. Having dealt with other vendors, we can appreciate the support your company has provided. For example, Bud Russel is one of the few people who waits for the hard disk stops before a computer is moved. This tells me he has a good common sense and that he cares about our hardware investment. I think Meena's ability to get both fast answers to problems and quick deliveries on repairs from hardware and software manufactures would make a purchasing agent envious. Also, Robby displayed a great deal of patience while working with our server upgrade.

We hope you and your team will continue to supply the same good installation and support for our planned upgrading the computer network throughout our company.
