It is your responsibility to comply with any agreement between you and any Supplier for such services. Use of the Site is free and there is no obligation to purchase the Services.
  4. No Warranties
    The AHC Site is provided for your convenience only. All Services are provided to you solely by Suppliers. Warranties, if any, with respect to the Services will be provided by Suppliers only, as specified in the agreement between you and the Supplier. AHC is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Services. AHC DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE QUALITY OF, OR ACCURACY OF ADVERTISEMENTS FOR, ANY SERVICES OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY SUPPLIERS.
  5. Visitor Information
    You authorize AHC to disclose to third parties information you have provided by using this Site, or information that AHC has obtained about the Services or service preferences.
  6. DISCLAIMER
    THIS SITE IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHC DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    IN NO EVENT WILL ANY SUPPLIER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR NON-PERFORMANCE OF AHC'S OBLIGATIONS. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY SUPPLIER FOR NON-PERFORMANCE BY AHC. IN NO EVENT WILL AHC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES), HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) THE SITE; (II) ANY FAILURE, DELAY, OR DECISION BY AHC IN ADMINISTERING THE SITE; (III) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE; OR (IV) THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY SERVICES OF SUPPLIERS, EVEN IF AHC, OR REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF, ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  8. Modification
    AHC may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued use of the Site after such modification will be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Visitor Agreement page of this Site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of this Site.
  9. Fraud and Abuse
    Any failure to comply with this Agreement, any fraud or abuse relating to the purchase of Services, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to AHC or any Supplier by you may result in your inability to use the Site, in addition to any damages or other remedies available at law or in equity.
  10. Governing Law and Venue
    This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without reference to conflicts of law rules. Any dispute between you and AHC regarding this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts in the State of Virginia.
  11. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.
  12. Waiver
    AHC's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
  13. Independent Contractors
    Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between AHC.
  14. No Agency
    No Supplier will have the ability to create any obligation on AHC's behalf.
  15. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AHC with respect to the Site.
